The Úbeda Film Music Festival is proud to announce that acclaimed composer Michael Giacchino will be the latest guest to join us for the celebration of our V Anniversary.
The Academy Award nominee composer and this year's Oscars musical director, Michael Giacchino is the talent behind hit TV shows such as "Lost" or "Alias", Disney-Pixar blockbusters "Ratatouille" and "The Incredibles" and the highly successful Dreamworks Interactive game series "Medal of Honor".
A regular collaborator with director/writer/producer J. J. Abrams, Michael Giacchino has further written music for all his films including "M:i:III", "Cloverfield" and the much-anticipated "Star Trek" prequel to be realeased this May.
Other 2009 summer movies featuring music by Michael Giacchino are: Disney/Pixar's latest animated film " Up" and the effects-laden action-adventure "Land of the Lost".
